herbstluftwm 0.9.3 release

Dear hlwm'ers,

in the past couple of months, a number of new features[1] piled up that
deserve a new release: 0.9.3 which is now available at the usual
locations[2]. Thanks to Simon Kuhnle for reviewing all my codebase
changes for this new release!

Compared to previous releases, there are also a minor number of
incompatible changes[3] that hopefully don't affect anybody's workflow.
If you still run into trouble, please file an issue[4].
