[qutebrowser] set up rtorrent to open when clicking on a magnet

qutebrowser uses Qt's QDesktopService.openUrl, which in turn uses
xdg-open on Linux. You can probably *somehow* configure XDG to do what
you want, but I'm afraid I have no idea how off-hand.
