:wq and restart not working as expected

That was fast!

"fail to load" = stay blank, appear to be 10% done loading but never
finishing. "r" has no effect, and d followed by u just re-opens the most
recently closed tab from the *current *session.

I'll do a report next time I reboot, which will be later today.
