[qutebrowser] QtWebEngine crowdfunding launched!

As some of you probably noticed, the crowdfunding went very well in
the first few hours, quickly raising €2000 of the original €3000 goal!

I'm really happy about this, but let's hope it doesn't stop there!
€3000 is what I need to work on qutebrowser for one month, but now I'm
hoping it'll be two rather than one, i.e. 6000€.

There's almost a month to go for the funding, so everything is
possible :)
