[qutebrowser] qutebrowser refuses to start after switching from archlinux to artix linux

Hello together,

i recently switched from archlinux to artix linux. (following the migration guide)

Since then qutebrowser refuses to start with the following error message:

Has any one an idea whats wrong or where to search?

(Things like reinstall all needed python, qt and the qutebrowser package did not help btw.)
