[qutebrowser] Regarding `count`

Hi,

How does count work? It works for me for single-key shortcuts like 6K. But how would it work for, say, o/:open, which takes arguments? Let's say I wanted to open a URL in the 6th tab. I’ve tried:
- 6ohttps://eff.org 
- 6:open https://eff.org
- :6open https://eff.org

But of course none of these works. What's the story?
